Our Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you buy from StreetStyle. If something doesn't work out โ wrong size, changed your mind, or just not what you expected โ we've got you covered with our simple 30-day return policy.
Items purchased from StreetStyle Shop can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Return
Initiate Your Return
Email us at support@streetstyle.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and note your RA number.
Pack & Ship
Place the item(s) in their original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 1โ2 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free and easy. We'll ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your return โ or even before, depending on availability.
Size Exchange
Wrong size? Contact us with your preferred size. If it's in stock, we'll ship it out immediately with a prepaid return label for your original item.
Color Exchange
Prefer a different colorway? Same process โ let us know your preference and we'll arrange the swap at no extra cost.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following processing times after we approve your return:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund โ no questions asked, shipping fully covered by us.

Return FAQ
Can I return a sale or discounted item?
Yes, sale items follow the same 30-day return policy unless explicitly marked as 'Final Sale'. Final sale items are non-returnable.
What if I lost the original packaging?
We strongly recommend keeping the original box and packaging. Without it, we may not be able to accept the return. If the item is defective, exceptions can be made โ contact us to discuss.
Can I return items purchased as gifts?
Yes. Gift recipients can return items for store credit. The original purchaser can return for a full refund to the original payment method.
How long does the whole return process take?
From the time you ship the item back, expect about 7โ10 business days total: transit time + inspection + refund processing.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A flat $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We provide a prepaid return label so you don't have to pay out of pocket up front.
