Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our support team immediately and we'll update your address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

We insure all shipments. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Standard shipping can be delivered to PO boxes. However, Express and Overnight shipping require a physical street address.

Can I pick up my order in store?

We currently operate online only and do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.
